What we do

The lawn AND thesystem that waters it.

Most crews stop at the mower. We kept the irrigation work in-house because half the lawn problems we saw came from a sprinkler problem nobody fixed. One number for both, owner-run by Alex.

Two trades, one truck

Lawn or sprinkler?Both.

Most crews around DFW stop at the mower — and most yards we see are dying because of a sprinkler problem nobody fixed. We kept both trades in-house on purpose. One number, one truck, one operator who knows the zone before he knows the lawn.

The lawn side

Mowing, edging, beds, cleanup.

Weekly Bermuda + St. Augustine cuts, sharp blades, edges that hold the full week, and a clean blow-down before we leave the gate latched. Overgrown? We bring the right deck height — no judgment about how it got there.

Lawn — walk-behind mower
  • Weekly & bi-weekly mowing
  • Edging, trimming, blow-down
  • Overgrown-yard cleanup
  • Bed restoration & mulch refresh

The sprinkler side

Diagnosis, repair, controller, done.

Zone-by-zone walk-through, broken-head + broken-line repair, controller programming, valve rebuilds. We carry the common-failure parts on the truck so the fix usually happens the same visit, not after a quote round-trip.

Sprinkler — system cross-sectionvalvehead
  • Sprinkler evaluation (written diagnosis)
  • Broken heads, lines, valves
  • Controller programming & troubleshooting
  • Soaked spots, dead zones, wasted water

The sprinkler bill and the mowing bill arrive on the same line, from the same truck. That is the whole pitch — fewer phone numbers in your phone, one person who actually owns the result.

How it works

Three steps,no hassle

We try to make hiring us boring in the best way — predictable, quiet, easy to explain to your spouse.

  1. Walk the property

We come out, listen to what you want, and look at what the lawn actually needs. No high-pressure quotes, no surprises.

  2. Quote on the spot

You get a flat per-visit price the same day. That number is what shows up on the invoice — no add-ons.

  3. Same crew, every week

Once we start, the same two-person crew shows up the same morning every week. Quiet, on-time, gate latched.

In their words

What neighbors say

Pulled from Yelp and Nextdoor — the same DFW neighbors we keep cutting and watering for.

Alex is amazing and a deserved business owner in DFW. He did fast work, quality work, and all for a great price. Will use him again.

Aaron A.

Texted Alex on a Saturday morning about a busted sprinkler head. He was at the house in thirty minutes and had it replaced before lunch. Honest pricing and walked the yard with me afterward.

Jessica M.

via Nextdoor

Yard had been neglected for two months while my mom was in the hospital. Alex and his crew got it back to normal in one visit. Pet-friendly, careful with the dog, and the rate was fair.

Where we work

Grand Prairie first, then thesouthwest metroplex.

Our route runs the I-20 corridor from Grand Prairie west to Arlington, southwest to Mansfield, and east through Cedar Hill and Duncanville. Irving on the I-30 side when it makes the morning work. We keep the route tight on purpose — same crew, same morning is only possible when we are not driving an hour between yards.
